Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Executive based in Dubai. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting company's value to meet their business needs. Daily tasks include following up on leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Outdoor Sales Executive will represent the company’s values, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interactions and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Prospecting: Travel daily to active construction sites, residential developments, and commercial projects to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Contractors, and Procurement Officers.
  • Technical Consultation: Advise clients on the best materials for specific structural needs (e.g., grades, insulation types) based on blueprints or site conditions.
  • Order & Logistics Coordination: Facilitate the end-to-end sales process, from taking measurements and providing quotes to coordinating delivery schedules with the warehouse to ensure "just-in-time" arrival.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity on-site (what brands are they using?) and report back on market pricing and material trends.
  • Problem Solving: Address on-site issues immediately, such as material shortages, delivery delays, or product performance concerns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and build relationships.
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations and demonstrate tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for closing sales and reaching successful agreements.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in time management and organization for planning client visits and handling schedules efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license is madatory and familiarity with Dubai's geographical areas are beneficial.
