<Responsibilities>

  • Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management strategies and upselling techniques
  • Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Develop new business opportunities via B2B sales channels and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement territory-specific campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts

<Skills>

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on technology or digital services
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities
  • Ability to perform product demos and technical sales presentations effectively
  • Skilled in analysis to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies
  • Experience in inside sales, direct sales, or internet marketing sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
  • Demonstrated ability in phone sales, upselling, and customer relationship building
