Sales Representative

WHO WE ARE

Carolinas Homebuyers is a high-volume residential real estate company based in South Carolina. We acquire off-market properties directly from homeowners and move them quickly. We close deals consistently, operate with urgency, and compensate people who produce.

We are scaling aggressively in 2026 and building a dedicated acquisitions team to support that growth. This is not a corporate job. It is a performance-driven sales role for someone who wants to earn serious income and grow inside a fast-moving real estate operation.

THE ROLE

As an Acquisition Agent, you are the first point of contact with motivated sellers. Your job is to build rapport, qualify leads, conduct property assessments, negotiate terms, and lock up contracts. You will be working leads generated by our marketing systems and following proven scripts and offer frameworks. You will not be winging it — you will be trained, coached, and held to clear production standards.

This role is for someone who is competitive, coachable, and hungry. If you need hand-holding or struggle with rejection, this is not the position for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Contact and qualify seller leads daily
  • Negotiate directly with sellers and present offers with confidence
  • Lock up properties under contract independently within our defined offer framework
  • Communicate deal status accurately and consistently in our CRM
  • Follow up persistently on all leads until a decision is made
  • Hit weekly and monthly acquisition targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A proven track record in sales
  • Someone who can build trust with homeowners quickly and communicate clearly under pressure
  • Coachable and willing to follow systems, scripts, and SOPs without ego
  • Self-motivated and accountable — you do not need to be managed every hour
  • Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to handle objections without folding
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain a high volume of outreach daily
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

  • This role transitions from $20/hour to a base pay of minimum wage plus commission after 60 days. This is to allow for the Sales Agent to build up their pipeline while training and transitioning into a performance based pay structure. Commission is 80%+ of your pay in this sales role.
