Job Purpose
The Sales Representative at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company plays a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by actively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research

Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers

Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales quotas

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Customer Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review

Requirements
