Transfer Kingdom is a fast-growing direct-to-film (DTF) transfer and custom apparel company serving print shops, small businesses, schools, sports teams, event organizers, and entrepreneurs nationwide. We produce high-quality DTF transfers and custom printed shirts with fast turnaround times and competitive pricing. We're expanding our sales team and looking for hungry, self-motivated closers ready to build their own book of business.

What You'll Sell

• DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfers — single transfers, gang sheets, and bulk orders
• Custom printed t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel
• Recurring wholesale accounts with print shops and apparel brands

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced B2B sales reps, especially those with connections in the apparel, promotional products, print shop, screen printing, embroidery, or e-commerce space
• Self-starters who can generate their own leads and close deals
• Strong communicators comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
• Reliable, professional, and coachable

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Must have your own phone, computer, and internet
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor
• Apparel/print industry experience is a big plus but not required

Compensation Details

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position. Commission rates and structure will be discussed during the interview. Top performers have significant earning potential with no cap.
