Human Capital is hiring on behalf of its client, a leading organization in the plastics and polymer industry, for the position of Sales Representative – North Region. This role is ideal for a highly driven sales professional with strong B2B experience in plastics, polymers, masterbatch, or industrial materials, who is passionate about revenue growth and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive profitable sales growth and achieve annual sales targets

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North Region

Manage and grow key customer accounts with a relationship-focused approach

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and cold calling

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market intelligence reports

Ensure achievement of volume and gross margin targets

Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and account plans

Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Polymer / Engineering (MBA will be a plus)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing / Polymer / Masterbatch industry

Strong understanding of plastic materials, resins, and manufacturing processes

Proven track record in B2B sales, new business development, and account management

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English)

Willingness to travel extensively across Lahore, Islamabad, KPK, and South Punjab

Lahore-based candidates will be preferred
