Sales Representative - Project Coordinator

Overview

Represent Footprints Floors and Footprints Bath and Tile through in-home estimates, selling flooring, tile, and bathroom installation services. Providing customer service to help ensure the completion of each project.

Responsibilities

● Represent Footprints Floors: professional, out-going, respectful and be the spokesperson for the brand

● Manage your estimate schedule and calendar through our CRM for the day/week ahead, fully informed of your meeting obligations

● Be prompt and communicative with customers if there is a glitch in your day or a need to re-schedule

● Provide great sales techniques: answering questions, listening, connecting with customers

● Communicate process and expectations to customers and pass the job to Project Managers

● Provide accurate and timely estimates

● Gather signed proposals, collect deposits and manage the details of the job

● Communicate customer concerns to Project Managers/Warranty Managers/Supervisors

● Answer emails, texts and phone calls from customers and Footprints Floors employees in a timely manner

● Be up-to-date on pricing, products and processes to improve your sales

● Participate in continuing education of sales and flooring when offered

Equipment:

Tablet, phone, and company vehicle are provided.

Job Type:

● Full-time

Compensation & Other Details of the Job

● This is a remote position, requires daily LOCAL travel, Work from the road / from home

● Service area is Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati, focused mostly within a 25-mile radius

● Biweekly pay

● Commission-based with a monthly stipend

● Company vehicle to be provided after a proven track record.
