Sales Representative

Fidelity Northwest, LLC is seeking a results-oriented, US-based Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our client base. We provide expert bookkeeping and financial management services tailored specifically to the unique needs of the towing and recovery industry.

As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of a company that truly "speaks the language" of our clients. Your goal will be to connect with towing business owners across the country, demonstrating how our expertise can streamline their financial health and help their businesses thrive.

The Role

  • This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and sales tactics to identify and close new service contracts.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with owners of towing and recovery operations.
  • Consultative Sales: Highlight our expertise in industry-specific challenges, such as equipment financing, payroll, and cash flow management.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to the final signed contract.
  • Niche Expertise: Leverage our specialized focus to stand out from generalist accounting firms.

Qualifications

  • Sales Background: Strong experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Industry Familiarity: Direct experience or a deep understanding of the towing and recovery sector is a significant advantage.
  • Self-Motivation: As an independent contractor, you must be disciplined and capable of working without daily supervision.
  • Professionalism: Ability to represent the firm with integrity and clarity.
  • Follow up: Reach out to renew and/or upsell existing or expiring contracts.

Compensation

  • This is a 100% commission-based role paid monthly and designed for high earners who value recurring revenue.
  • Tier Commission Rate: 3% – 10% of net revenue from signed contracts (based on experience and contract value).
  • Structure: Earnings are based on the revenue generated from the contracts you secure, providing ongoing income as long as the contract remains valid.
  • Status: 1099 Independent Contractor.
