Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our growing team at Juls On Duty Cleaning Services.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role focuses on handling clients who contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls
• Understand client needs and recommend the appropriate services
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales/bookings
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
• Maintain organized records of conversations and bookings
• Coordinate with the operations team when necessary

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and professional attitude
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and clients simultaneously
• Fast response time and strong organizational skills
• Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and social media communication
• English fluency required (additional languages are a plus)

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
