Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join the Retail team at Ariika. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Furniture background is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information about features and benefits
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Furniture or home retail background is a plus.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
