Job Description:
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing brand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to handle in-store operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences
• Manage in-store product entry and updates using our system
• Support daily sales operations and ensure the store is well-maintained
• Meet individual and store sales targets to qualify for commission

Job Requirements :

• Experience Needed: 1 to 2 years
• Multitasking, excellent command of the English language.
• Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer service-oriented
• Comfortable using POS systems and product management tools
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or jewelry sales is a plus
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
