Sales Representative

Conduct field visits to individual clients, assess sites, define the scope of work, and prepare accurate service pricing and proposals. The role aims to achieve sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to clients to assess sites and accurately identify their needs
  • Prepare quotations and price services based on the defined scope of work and approved standards
  • Explain service details to clients and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Negotiate with clients and close deals in line with company policies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update client and visit data in the system regularly
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure clarity of scope before execution
  • Follow up with clients after submitting proposals to increase closing rates and improve conversion

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in the service sector)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into suitable proposals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Native Arabic speaker (required)
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within the city
