
Responsibilities:

Promote and sell coffee shop products to potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.

Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Attend trade shows, events, and other industry-related functions to promote the coffee shop and its products.

Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
