A premier property and asset management firm dedicated to maintaining world-class standards across our residential and commercial portfolios is looking for a proactive Sales Representative. We need a natural relationship-builder who thrives on closing deals and smashing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
- Client Consultation: Understand prospective clients' unique needs and deliver compelling product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections effectively, and confidently close sales contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
- Market Insights: Track local market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide regular pipeline reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (proven track record matters more than a degree).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales in a facility management company.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Must be highly self-motivated and resilient.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required;
- Mobility: Must possess a valid local driver’s license and own a vehicle.
