• Walk projects and build detailed scopes
• Create and present estimates
• Close deals on-site (target 40–50%+)
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and communication
• Generate new opportunities through hustle, referrals, and neighborhood presence

Once you perform in sales, you step into execution:

Run the Jobs

• Lead kickoff meetings with crews and homeowners
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish
• Own quality, timelines, and execution

• Be the main point of contact
• Solve problems quickly and professionally

Control the Numbers

• Track costs, labor, and materials
