Sales Representative Accountant French speaker

We are a leading business setup and expatriation consultancy based in Dubai Digital Park.

We support French-speaking and international entrepreneurs with:

• Company formation (Freezone & Mainland)
• Residency visas (Investor, Partner, Employee, Family)
• Bank account opening
• Accounting, VAT & Corporate Tax compliance

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a French-speaking Accounting Manager who can represent our accounting department with confidence and leadership.

The Role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will act as the bridge between our clients and our internal accounting team.

This is not a pure bookkeeping position.
This is a client-facing, strategic, and managerial role.

You will:

• Explain our accounting methodology to clients
• Structure accounting onboarding processes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to internal accountants
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain strong client relationships

Leads are mainly provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing & Advisory

• Present and explain our accounting services (VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, reporting)
• Advise entrepreneurs on UAE compliance requirements
• Conduct accounting onboarding meetings (video / in person)
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

Internal Management

• Delegate accounting tasks to internal accountants
• Supervise bookkeeping, VAT filings, and Corporate Tax compliance
• Monitor deadlines and compliance calendars
• Improve accounting workflows and internal processes
• Coordinate with management regarding client portfolios

Business Development (with provided leads)

• Convert warm leads into accounting clients
• Follow up on prospects provided by the sales team
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Candidate Profile

• Experience in UAE accounting environment is required
• Strong understanding of:
• UAE VAT
• UAE Corporate Tax
• Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
• Fluent in French (mandatory)
• English (professional level required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership mindset & ability to manage a team
• Organized, structured, and process-oriented
• Client-centric with strong problem-solving ability

Experience in:

• SME portfolio management
• Client advisory roles

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
