Sales Representative - Acquisition (Bilingual: Arabic and English)

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative - Acquisition to lead our new business growth in the UAE.

This is a pure sales role; you will be the person generating opportunities, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and hungry to achieve results while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients in the UAE market, focusing on Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for new acquisitions.
  • Conduct physical and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to present software solutions and secure contracts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to sharpen the sales strategy.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of opportunities in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
