Our sales representatives earn up to $60,000 a year. This is a base + commission role, paid through a W2.

You'll be in great hands! You will receive coaching and training on what it takes to become a stellar sales representative.

This agency owner is driven to exceed goals every day — and they want their team to do the same.

Goals are transparent and attainable, and you’ll be provided with the training, resources, tools, marketing, opportunities, and support needed to crush your goals.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads
• Share the value of being properly protected by insurance policies
• Tell stories of insurance claims — both successful and cautionary
• Engage in daily practices and skill-building drills
• Make a real difference by protecting people from everyday risks
• Learn, grow, and collaborate with your team

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Manage and organize a sales pipeline
• Make outbound calls to qualified, warm leads
• Advise clients on potential risks and advocate for their protection
• Recommend tailored insurance coverage based on individual needs
• Represent the company in a professional, client-first manner
