This isn’t a customer service role. This is a performance-based sales position where your effort directly impacts your paycheck.

What You’ll Do

• Convert inbound leads into new customers
• Make outbound calls to warm prospects and past inquiries
• Deliver confident, consultative service recommendations
• Provide accurate quotes and overcome objections with professionalism
• Close sales consistently and hit monthly performance goals
• Document all activity in CRM (PestPac & Sales Exec)
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Contribute to a competitive, team-focused sales environment

What Makes You a Fit

• Proven sales experience (inside sales, call center, retail sales, or similar)
• Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business
• Motivated by commission and performance metrics
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows & Microsoft Office)
