Key Responsibilities: Sales Focus
- Lead Generation: Proactively find new clients for corporate events, private parties, and venue hire.
- Client Acquisition: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales for event bookings.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed goals for event revenue and bookings.
Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination Focus
- Event Planning: Manage all event aspects from initial inquiry to post-event wrap-up.
- Logistics Management: Book venues, vendors (catering, entertainment), manage setups, and timelines.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, detailing event needs, budgets, and schedules.
- Internal Liaison: Coordinate with operations, F&B, and technical teams for seamless execution.
- On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Post-Event: Gather feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage follow-ups.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
