Key Responsibilities: Sales Focus

  • Lead Generation: Proactively find new clients for corporate events, private parties, and venue hire.
  • Client Acquisition: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales for event bookings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed goals for event revenue and bookings.

Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination Focus

  • Event Planning: Manage all event aspects from initial inquiry to post-event wrap-up.
  • Logistics Management: Book venues, vendors (catering, entertainment), manage setups, and timelines.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, detailing event needs, budgets, and schedules.
  • Internal Liaison: Coordinate with operations, F&B, and technical teams for seamless execution.
  • On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
  • Post-Event: Gather feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage follow-ups.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client and team interaction.
  • Organization: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Sales Acumen: Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues and make decisions under pressure.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional guest experiences.

Contract length: 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
