Sales Representative - Arabic - Female

Padra Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions. This role requires a combination of sales expertise and knowledge of the aesthetic/beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote and sell aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and packages
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Handle client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment planning
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, treatments, and products
• Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 6 month of experience in an aesthetic clinic in Dubai (MANDATORY)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both required)
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and beauty solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Work Location: In person
