Job Title: Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Arabic-speaking Sales Representative to promote and sell coffee products across retail, horeca, and wholesale markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in FMCG or beverage sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company coffee products to retailers, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets
• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery

Requirements:

• Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (FMCG / Coffee / Beverage preferred)
• UAE market knowledge is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
