Sales representative (Arabic Speaker) – Smart Home & Building Automation Solutions

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven, ambitious, and Arabic-speaking Sales Executive who is passionate about technology, customer relationships, and business growth.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing Newme Smart Home Solutions in the UAE market. This position is designed for individuals who are motivated to exceed sales targets, provide consultative solutions to clients, and grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands sales but also has the curiosity and drive to learn about Smart Home technologies (KNX / Zigbee / BMS / AV) and communicate these solutions effectively to clients ranging from landlords and homeowners to developers, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and expand a strong sales pipeline by targeting landlords, developers, contractors, consultants, and property managers.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, events, and digital outreach.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Conduct meetings and presentations in Arabic and English to explain the benefits of smart home and automation solutions.
  • Perform consultative selling by assessing client requirements and proposing the most suitable solutions (KNX, Zigbee, BMS, AV).
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and solution overviews, highlighting how smart solutions enhance rental value, lifestyle quality, and energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to translate customer needs into customized technical proposals.

Sales Process Management

  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Track and report all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates using CRM or internal systems.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they receive continuous updates on new technologies and service offerings.
  • Handle client concerns and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Share customer insights and market trends with management to improve products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in internal sales training and technical workshops to strengthen product and solution knowledge.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with strong command of English.
  • Proven sales experience (minimum 2–3 years) preferably in technology, electrical systems, automation, or related industries.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in selling Smart Home, BMS, IoT, ELV, or Audio-Visual solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Automation Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of UAE construction, real estate, or contracting market.
  • Valid UAE driving license with own car is an advantage.
