Sales Representative – Aviation Training Programs (OCFC Flight School)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing admissions and sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students who are interested in enrolling in our flight training programs.

All leads are provided through our internal marketing campaigns—your focus is strictly on calling, guiding, and converting qualified prospects into enrolled students.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students provided through company-generated leads
  • Explain OCFC flight training programs clearly and professionally
  • Guide applicants through the enrollment process
  • Follow up with interested leads in a timely and consistent manner
  • Meet and exceed enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM systems
  • Represent OCFC with professionalism and enthusiasm

Compensation & Incentives

  • Highly competitive commission structure
  • Current promotion: $1,000 per successful enrollment
  • Performance-based earning potential with no cap
  • Additional bonuses may be available based on performance and promotions

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance
  • Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads efficiently
  • Passion for aviation is a plus

Pay: $51,047.79 - $61,476.91 per year
