Sales Representative – Beauty

A well-known E-commerce company is looking to hire Sales Associates and Beauty Advisors in Bahrain.

In this role, you’ll deliver personalized skincare consultations, share your passion for all things beauty, and create an unforgettable shopping experience while contributing to store success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and understand their skin concerns, goals, and preferences
• Recommend skincare products tailored to their skin type and lifestyle
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, and how to use them in a skincare routine
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized consultations
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet individual and store sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge
• Promote new launches, trending K-beauty products, and in-store campaigns
• Monitor stock levels and report low or expiring products
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure product availability and replenishment
• Assist in checking products from the warehouse for pricing, quality, and display readiness
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Keep displays clean, organized, and attractive
• Maintain hygiene of testers and product displays
• Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches
• Share product highlights and store activities on social media to boost engagement
• Process payments through POS systems (cash, cards, vouchers, etc.)
• Manage exchanges and refunds efficiently while offering suitable alternatives

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or skincare (experience is a plus but not required)
• Passion for skincare and beauty trends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail in product presentation and merchandising
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic is a plus
