Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives / Cold Callers to join our growing team for a medical device sales campaign targeting the US market. This is a full-time remote role requiring alignment with Eastern Time Zone (EST) working hours.

If you have strong communication skills, experience in cold calling, and a passion for sales—especially in healthcare—this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the US
• Introduce and promote medical devices to potential clients
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or sales (preferably in healthcare or medical devices)
• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or American accent preferred)
• Ability to work full-time in US Eastern Time Zone (EST)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling objections and rejections
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in medical device or healthcare campaigns
• Familiarity with US healthcare system and terminology
• Appointment setting or B2B sales experience
