About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage customer interactions across the sales lifecycle. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, smooth order processing, and excellent post-sale support.

Responsibilities:

· Acknowledge and manage RFQs on CHESS as the customer’s point of contact.

· Liaise with vendors/OEMs/distributors to acquire pricing.

· Conduct pre-award calls and clarify technical requirements.

· Confirm order receipt and coordinate next steps.

· Collect billing, shipping, and end-user details.

· Place orders with vendors and share AROs with customers.

· Share PODs and follow up for ongoing customer satisfaction and additional requirements.

Requirements:

· Experience in sales, customer service, or account management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Basic technical understanding is a plus.
