Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of dental implants and biomaterials to dentists, clinics, and dental labs, while actively attending clinical cases alongside dental professionals to provide technical support and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Straumann Group products and solutions to dental professionals within the assigned territory.

Attend and support clinical cases directly with dentists to ensure optimal product usage and outcomes.

Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams including Clinical Education, Customer Service, and Marketing.

Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer interactions and sales activities.

Participate in local and national congresses, events, and workshops representing Straumann Group.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or Business preferred).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dental, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.

Ability and willingness to attend clinical procedures chairside with dentists.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability and learning agility.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Fluent in Turkish; English is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
