Sales Representative – Development Services ( Female)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our web development services, and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage with potential clients.
Present and explain web development services in a clear, compelling way.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients for upselling and referrals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in Web/App development, or IT services).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in web development, SaaS, or digital services sales.
Experience in B2B lead generation and closing.
Strong network or ability to build client pipelines.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
