Sales Representative - Entry Level

Full-Time ~ In-Person (Retail) ~ Headquartered in Indianapolis (a commute to the office is required 3x per week. This position services our stores in Indy and the surrounding areas, therefore, reliable transportation is a must.)

Over the past two years, our team has consistently delivered strong results, and now we’re ready to grow our team. We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting to represent client products and services
  • Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Learn and apply sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions

What a Typical Day Looks Like: This is a full-time, in-person role that blends professional development with hands-on sales experience. Here's how your day will typically be structured:

Morning – Office-Based Training & Development

Afternoon – In-Store, Face-to-Face Sales
