Glownar.com is seeking a driven Sales Representative with sales experience and a valid esthetics or cosmetology license to join our growing team at our Ft Lauderdale showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-showroom and phone-based consultations with spa owners, estheticians, and medspa professionals.
• Understand client needs and recommend equipment solutions that align with their goals.
• Book live demos, schedule showroom visits, and assist with closing sales.
• Consistently hit weekly and monthly sales goals to maximize commission potential.
• Upsell complementary products and services to increase average order value.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow-up through our CRM.
• Deliver a personalized, professional, and knowledgeable customer experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new technology in the aesthetic space.
• Provide mid-level leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of the showroom.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician, Cosmetologist, or Electrologist (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and fast learner; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Self-motivated and independent, while being a strong team player
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site only (no remote or hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Compensation: Base salary + Commission (potential earning of up to $80,000 with commission)
