Position Summary

The Sales & Design Consultant is responsible for generating profitable revenue through consultative sales and custom product design. This role involves engaging directly with customers, converting leads into long-term clients and creating innovative design solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue and margins.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and customize products to meet customer needs and profitability goals


  • Generate and convert leads through digital channels, community events and direct outreach


  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and local involvement


  • Monitor local market trends and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth


  • Recommend product or service enhancements that increase customer value and profitability


Key Skills

  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation abilities


  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


  • Creativity and technical aptitude in product design and customization


Requirements

  • Proven track record of high sales performance in fields such as auto or RV sales, finance, insurance, construction, housing or other B2C roles


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and CAD tools


Compensation

  • Potential to earn up to $250,000 annually with a weekly draw plus a top-tier sales commission plan
