Sales Representative (Feed)

We are looking for a “Sales Representative (Feed)” for our client operating in the “Yeast and Biotech” industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years ofsales experience in the Turkish animal feed or agricultural industry.
• Familiarity with Turkish agricultural policies, feed safety regulations, and local farming practices.
• Fluent in English (business-level).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the Turkish livestock and agriculture sectors to identify target customers and market gaps.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including farmers, feed producers, and distributors, to drive repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on product benefits, quality, and compliance with local standards.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure sales deals while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Turkey’s feed industry to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
