Sales Representative for Silkscreen/ Embroidery

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and knowledge in sales, with regards to silkscreening and embroidery. Hands-on experience with customers required. This role is crucial for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the silkscreening/ embroidery industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the silkscreen and embroidery industry.
• Present and promote our products effectively to meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the industry.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality meets client specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of silkscreen/ embroidery processes.
• Previous experience in silkscreening/ embroidery in warehouse environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in sales documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
