Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a technical understanding of water treatment systems, and a passion for developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell water treatment systems (RO, softeners, filters, UV, and related equipment) to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Develop new leads and follow up on inquiries through visits, calls, and online channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the technical team.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits and assist in basic technical assessments when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in water treatment, HVAC, or technical products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Bahraini driving license and own car preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under targets.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
