Join Our Food Factory Team as a Sales & Distribution Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic food factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and distributing our high-quality fresh-cut potato products. This position requires you to use your own distribution vehicle to deliver products to clients efficiently within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Sell fresh-cut potato products to retailers, restaurants, and other food service businesses.

· Have a valid license for distributing vehicles to deliver products directly to customers, ensuring prompt and professional service.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

· Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer feedback.

· Report regularly to management regarding sales activities and market trends.

Requirements

· 3-5 years of Proven experience in food sales and distribution, preferably with fresh produce or similar products.

· Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable distribution car.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.

· Knowledge of local market and established network within the food industry is a plus.

· Ability to lift and transport product loads as required.
