Sales Representative (Graphics)

About Us

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a strong interest or experience in print production and graphic design to join our client's team immediately.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Drive new business sales and grow existing accounts.
• Deliver printing & design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide consultative support on print products (brochures, banners, business cards, etc.) and graphic design services.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate & timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients
• Manage sales pipeline from lead to close
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Provide quotes for print jobs and design services
• Collaborate with design/production to fulfill orders
• Upsell additional services (branding, signage, promotional items)
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM updates & accurate records

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–3+ years in sales (B2B preferred)
• Basic understanding of print production processes
• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer‑oriented, confident, and results‑driven

Design portfolio or examples of past work — preferred but not required.
