Gilani Mobility is a growing company specializing in mobility equipment, accessibility solutions, and support products designed to improve independence and quality of life. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits professionally
• Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries through calls, emails, and client visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related sales documentation
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with management when required
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding deliveries and installations
• Submit regular sales updates and reports to management
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker (Preferred)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
• Previous experience in sales, preferably within mobility products, healthcare, medical equipment, or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
