Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the HORECA market by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s product portfolio through demonstrations and tastings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and hotels
  • Promote and present the company’s product range confidently
  • Conduct tastings, product demos, and barista training sessions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide after-sales support and handle client queries
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and weekly sales reports
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for order processing and collections

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant sales experience (HORECA / FMCG / Beverages preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Basic knowledge of café operations, coffee brewing, or barista practices is a plus
  • Own transport is mandatory
