Wage / Hours

This is a full-time, commission-based exempt position. Business hours are 8am–6pm. Comfort Advisor schedules are flexible, with occasional weekend on-call availability. Compensation is 100% commission plus bonuses.

Location

This is a road-based position serving the greater Tacoma and South Sound region: Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Lakewood, and surrounding areas.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their comfort needs and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions.
• Coordinate with our office team to schedule equipment installations smoothly.
• Communicate professionally and follow up with customers throughout the process to make sure every job meets the standard we promised.
• Partner with field and office staff when situations go beyond your knowledge base — we solve problems as a team.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Confident, professional communicator — on the phone and face to face with homeowners.
• Service-first mindset with the ability to handle both positive and challenging customer situations with empathy and composure.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and willing to learn our job management software.
• Detail-oriented when relaying job findings to office staff or customers.
• Aligned with our values: integrity, honesty, and taking pride in the work.

Education & Experience

• Sales experience required in HVAC sales.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet or knees for extended periods.
• Ability to work on ladders and in crawl spaces or attics as needed.

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
