About the Role

We are seeking motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Forex brokerage team as Sales Representatives and Introducing Brokers (IBs). You will play a key role in generating new leads, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our global partner network. This dual role offers both a fixed career opportunity as a sales representative and a commission-based partnership program for experienced IBs.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage new retail and institutional clients for our brokerage services (Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Indices, Cryptos).
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with traders, investors, and partners.
• Educate clients on our trading platforms (MT5), account types, and promotions.
• Promote the brokerage through networking, online channels, and market events.
• Act as an Introducing Broker (IB) by referring clients and earning lifetime commissions on their trading volume.
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams to achieve sales and growth targets.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the Forex/CFDs/brokerage industry (1–3 years preferred).
• Experience as an Introducing Broker, affiliate, or partner in financial markets (advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Russian are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Introducing broker (IB): 1 year (Preferred)
• Forex sales: 1 year (Preferred)
