Female Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to create detailed, targeted sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market positioning.
- Research and define the ideal target markets for the ERP solution (e.g., small businesses, enterprises, specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare).
- Oversee the sales funnel process, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured, moved through stages, and converted into opportunities and customers.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and conversions for the ERP software.
- Use a consultative sales approach to engage with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and tailor the ERP software solution to meet those needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients to showcase the ERP system’s features and how it aligns with their business needs.
- Work closely with clients to assess their pain points, operational requirements, and desired outcomes, ensuring the ERP solution provides a high ROI.
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure that marketing materials, demos, and presentations accurately reflect the ERP system’s capabilities.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the ERP solution, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the product.
- Identify opportunities to upsell advanced modules, additional features, or premium support services to existing customers.
- Track key metrics and KPIs related to sales pipeline, conversion rates, lead quality, customer acquisition cost, and campaign performance.
- Contribute to sales forecasting by providing data-driven insights into lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue growth potential.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum three to five years of experience selling Software products and services, IT infrastructure solutions in the UAE.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Experience using digital marketing, inbound/outbound strategies, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media to generate and convert leads.
- Ability to consult with clients, identify their pain points, and propose tailored ERP solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations, produce marketing collateral, and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Arabic language will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales and marketing data, understanding market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to track leads, manage campaigns, and monitor performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adjust to changes in the market or business priorities
- Demonstrates complete loyalty and respect in all situations.
- Capable of working full-time in outdoor sales.
- Maintains an excellent professional appearance and is highly presentable.
- A UAE driving license is a plus.
