Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
- Focus on refrigerated/pharma shipments while also driving sales in broader freight services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted logistics advisor.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
- Track, report, and achieve/exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record in freight forwarding, OTR, 3PL, or logistics sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with refrigerated and pharmaceutical cargo experience.
- Must be a hunter mentality salesperson who thrives on building new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
