Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
  • Focus on refrigerated/pharma shipments while also driving sales in broader freight services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted logistics advisor.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
  • Track, report, and achieve/exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in freight forwarding, OTR, 3PL, or logistics sales.
  • Strong preference for candidates with refrigerated and pharmaceutical cargo experience.
  • Must be a hunter mentality salesperson who thrives on building new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • freight forwarding, OTR, 3PL, or logistics sales: 4 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Raleigh, NC 27601 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Raleigh, NC 27601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
