Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our luxury and supercar rental kiosk team, located in one of Dubai’s most premium and high-footfall destinations.
The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for supercars and luxury vehicles, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar high-end rental or automotive environment. You will be the first point of contact for elite clientele and tourists seeking premium automotive experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage walk-in clients with a professional, luxury-level service approach.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury and supercar rental options.
  • Close rental deals by explaining packages, pricing, terms, insurance, and additional services.
  • Actively promote upselling and cross-selling of upgrades, extended rentals and add-ons.
  • Maintain deep and updated knowledge of all available super and luxury vehicles.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer inquiries in person, WhatsApp, phone, and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately record client data, bookings, and payments on the system.
  • Ensure the kiosk is presentable, clean, and aligned with company luxury branding.
  • Coordinate with operations/drivers for vehicle delivery and collection schedules.
  • Follow company policies regarding documentation, deposits, and compliance.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in car rental, luxury automotive sales, or high-end retail sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of luxury and super cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Porsche, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented personality, fitting premium brand standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French or other languages is an advantage).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, POS, and booking software.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
