Sales Representative (Marble Factory)

· Identify and develop new customers in the marble, construction, and interior fit-out market

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly

· Promote marble slabs, tiles, and customized stone products

· Visit construction sites, showrooms, and clients as required

· Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

· Coordinate with production, factory, and installation teams to confirm availability and timelines

· Ensure accurate order processing and documentation

· Follow up on payments and outstanding balances in coordination with accounts

· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

· Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer requirements to management

· Attend exhibitions, meetings, and client presentations when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any other field.

· Proven experience in marble, granite, stone, or construction material sales (preferred)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to understand drawings, measurements, and stone specifications

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Good knowledge of local market and construction industry

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, quotation systems)

· Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
