Sales Representative - MENA Region

Sales Representative for the MENA Region
Location: Near Large International Airport: Istanbul, Dubia, Barcelona, Frankfort, ect.
Company: American Pan Europe
Languages: Fluent English (oral and written) is a must; Arabic and/or French language preferred.
Position Summary
This position will be responsible for Sales of Industrial Baking Pans and Pan Coatings for selected accounts within the MENA Region. Accounts including direct to retail, distributors and brokers/agents. The Sales Representative will develop new business and maintain existing business for all Bundy Baking Solutions businesses and brands in MENA. Be able to cross sell the various brands of the Bundy Companies, Pans, Coating etc. There will be extensive contact with intercompany partner functions such as marketing, product, finance, inventory and operations.
The successful candidate will be located near a major European airport.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing customer relationships for opportunity to maintain, grow or terminate relationship based on performance and capabilities
  • Partner with VP, International and President MENA to identify and develop new business directly with national and multi-national bakeries.
  • Prioritize opportunities for growth and develop a three-year plan for the region including distribution, pricing, margins and revenue/profits
  • Prepare related sales and budget reports
  • Deliver at or above planned gross margins and revenue
  • Partner with the product and marketing teams to identify critical product needs and adjustments that will deliver profitable growth
  • Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations for existing and potential customers
  • Leverage Bundy Baking Solutions Marketing resources and benefits across customer base.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role (growth, profit generation, progression in career) in MENA
  • Experience in the baking industry a plus.
  • Experience in selling baking equipment a plus.
  • Fluent English (oral and written); Arabic and/or French language skills are helpful
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Highly developed, demonstrable collaboration skills
  • Contract development and negotiation
  • Computer skills
  • Experience with AutoCad drawing on reading a drawing or a layout
  • No travel restrictions
  • Valid driver’s license and active driving ability
  • Preferably good command of English
