Job Description:
Gilani Mobility is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to support our mobility product and rental services. The role involves assisting clients, handling inquiries, and converting opportunities into successful sales and rental agreements.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales within rental or service-based industries and is comfortable working with customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries related to mobility products and rental services
• Present product and rental options based on customer needs
• Manage sales activities from initial inquiry through agreement completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with clients to support customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Work towards individual and team sales objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience in rental, mobility, medical equipment, automotive, or service industries is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking systems is a plus
