Sales Representative – Online Female Clothing Brand

Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated and highly responsive Sales Representative for our online female clothing brand. This role requires round-the-clock availability to cater to both local and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone and WhatsApp within 10 minutes
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and convert leads into sales
• Provide accurate product details, sizing guidance, and order assistance
• Manage order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer support
• Maintain a polite, engaging, and sales-focused communication style
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth order processing

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales for a clothing brand (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer dealing skills
• Ability to manage conversations efficiently across different time zones
• Familiarity with women’s fashion products
• Highly responsible, punctual, and responsive personality

Working Hours:

• Flexible / Rotational – 24/7 availability required (to handle local & international clients)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
