Sales Representative (Outbound Calling) – Evening Shift

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales and fundraising targets. Candidates with prior fundraising, donor relations, or high-volume outbound sales experience are highly preferred.

Work Schedule

• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Full-time

Compensation

• Salary: AED 7,000 – AUD 10,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales and fundraising calls to prospective clients and donors.
• Present products, services, or fundraising initiatives effectively.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales or secure commitments.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Accurately update CRM and call records.
• Follow company scripts, compliance requirements, and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, fundraising, call center sales, or a related field.
• Previous fundraising or donor engagement experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral or native-level English fluency preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote positions).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with North American clients or donors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
• Jewish or American Jew
• Excellent communication skills should be a native , american , or english native no accent
• Can speak Hebrew is a PLUS point
• Can Start Asap
• Willing to work and living in Dubai
