Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Work closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.
- Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and successfully close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; provide regular feedback to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries, leads, and ongoing project requirements to secure conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience in the Dubai interior fit-out industry.
- Strong network of clients, consultants, contractors, and developers within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fit-out project execution, materials, and technical processes.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations, authority approval requirements, and project documentation.
